Yes. Porcelain has extremely low water absorption, making it highly resistant to moisture, staining and discoloration — unlike grout, natural stone, or plastic composite panels.

Yes. Because porcelain has a very low absorption rate and TRÜbath’s large-format panels minimize grout lines, there’s far less surface area for mold and mildew to take hold compared to traditional small-format tile.

Installation

How long does a TRÜbath installation take?

Most TRÜbath installations are completed in about a day, depending on the number of components selected — a shower-only project moves faster than a complete bathroom resurfacing.

TRÜbath’s large-format panels create a seamless, continuous surface with minimal to no grout lines — reducing both maintenance and mold risk compared to traditional tile.

TRÜbath is installed exclusively through authorized TRÜpro professionals, who are trained and certified to TRÜbath Standards for consistent, quality results from first measurement to final install.

TRÜbath installs with basic tools most installers already own — a diamond blade, adhesive, and level. There’s no thin-set and no waiting; the system uses moisture-curing adhesives that allow for same-day work, keeping installation fast and mess-free.

It depends on your project scope. TRÜbath supports both tub-to-shower conversions and direct resurfacing over existing structures in many cases — your TRÜpro will assess your specific bathroom to recommend the right approach.

What colors does TRÜbath come in?

TRÜbath is available in four designer porcelain colors: White Onyx Alabaster, Avorio Limestone, Calacatta Oro, and Statuario Leonardo — each inspired by natural materials and palettes. 

TRÜwall (shower walls), TRÜpan (shower base), TRÜtop (mounted or floating vanity tops with integrated, vessel, or undermount sinks), TRÜfloor (porcelain floor tile in 12×24″ or custom cut-to-size), and TRÜaccessories — including niches, shelves, benches, and trim. Every component is designed to work together in one coordinated system.
